DATA PROTECTION POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, QOL22, S.L, whose details appear in the heading of this contract, informs the undersigned that it is responsible for the processing of the personal data collected in this document and any other data provided to us by virtue of this contractual relationship for the purposes resulting from and on the basis of this contract. Also for compliance with various legal obligations, in particular, Law 10/2010 on the Prevention of Money Laundering.
In any case, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and to keep them properly updated, so that they correspond at all times to their current situation. The personal data provided will be kept by QOL22, S.L., as long as it is legally required.
There are no plans for international transfers of data or its transfer to third parties. In some cases, in order to fulfill our obligations to you, it is necessary for us to disclose the information you have provided to us to third parties so that we can provide you with the contracted service. There are also companies that provide us with other types of services, such as: information technology (storage and processing of information), security services, financial services, auditing services, etc. These third party companies act as processors and only have access to the personal information they need to perform these services. They are required to keep your personal information confidential and may not use it in any way other than as we have requested. Likewise, your personal information will be at the disposal of the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the attention of the possible responsibilities born from the treatment. In all cases, QOL22, S.L. assumes responsibility for the personal information you provide to us, and we require those companies with whom we share your personal information to apply at least the same level of information protection as we do.
QOL22, S.L. is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy by using appropriate technical and organizational measures, which are periodically reviewed. For adequate protection of your information we take care of both the physical security of our facilities and servers as well as logical security, including implementing access controls that restrict and manage the way in which your personal information and personal data are processed, administered and managed. We also ensure that our staff is properly trained to protect your information and treat it only as necessary. In this sense and for the sake of privacy we may not provide you with your own data as long as we do not have sufficient proof of identity that we are indeed contacting you or someone duly authorized by you.
These are customer rights:
1. To consult the personal data contained about him/her in the files of QOL22, SL (right of access).
2. Request the modification of such personal data (right of rectification).
3. Request the deletion of your personal data (right of cancellation).
4. To revoke any of the consents given for the processing of your data.
5. Request that your data not be processed for certain purposes (right of opposition).
6. You may object to the sending of your own and third party advertising (right to object to the sending of advertising).
7. Request the limitation of the processing of your data in certain circumstances, retaining them only for the exercise or defense of claims (right to limitation of processing).
8. Request to receive the personal data you have provided to us or to send it to another data controller (right of portability).
